"Koharu" City

I am trying to create a city  called "Koharu" which closed by in north sea, in west forest ,and in south mountains. City has a one way out which is a highway to east. City mostly near the "Mifune" city. City was divided to three parts with a river, north-west part has old residential areas which originate before Meiji era, and a shrine. In south-west a forest, farms and a church which constructed over a old shinto shrine. In south-east a shrine, WWII after abandoned residential area just like "Mifune" city, new residential area mostly two stories houses. Finally, in north there is a industrial area and a harbor.

Main Purpose

In order to expand nasuverse, I started to think some ideas to how nasuverse be playable in means of frp. My works based on Type-Moon's Fate, Tsukihime and Kara no Kyoukai works also in terms of game system, I am using Claude J Smith III's Fate nasuverse rpg system,which I loved by the way.


Before I start, I need to take my apology for my bad English,which is not my native language. Next, I will starting to express my ideas, and what will I do in order to expand nasuverse. Furthermore, I need to say that this is not part of nasuverse, it will be expanded universe stuff, and it will based upon my frp game "Remember The Fallen" which I using Fate rpg system, and try to not using orginal nasuverse stuff except the idea.

Dragon Blood's | Background Materials (Only for Storyteller)

In "Remember The Fallen" there is a race called "Dragon-Blood" which are off-spring of dragons which only 7 of them by the way. Dragons are elegant, superb and furious creatures, but in "RTF" they have duties. All of them lies under the continents and protect them. There are totally just seven of them. They are true owners of this world. As known in Tsukihime True Ancestors are negotiation between crimson moon and earth. I call them "The Earth". All of them has different origin. We know they are extremely large ,so how can even possible to have off-springs?. Just like Arcueid is the avatar of crimson moon. They have avatars which representation of humanly ways of dragons.


They are not too many of them which I call "dragon blood". Only three or maybe five. They born as humans, but they also have ability to transform them to dragons. In this point, I need to tell about "generations" in "WOD"'s vampires. First generations are true dragons. Second generation was first dragon bloods, and in "1994" which is the events start at "RTF". Dragon bloods have 30 over generation. Dragon Bloods are not immortal, maybe first 5 generation. After that point they lose their ability to change them-selves to dragon form. They have just partially this ability, and I called them "phases". Dragon Blood's have phases, which give them a lot of bonuses. Such as wings, wings are nice to have. Dragon Blood's are also materialize their tails as sword.

I mentioned about duty to protect continents, then what is this duty?. Dragon Blood's  must play with alignment Lawful-Neutral. They are simply does not care about demons, vampires or murderers to a point. Vampires need to suck blood because this is their nature, but when vampires become alien to their nature, i.e. they become sadistic ,and  try to make a ghoul army for them-selves, a dragon blood must exterminate them, same for human psycho killers. They cannot leave their alignment.

In order to live or protect themselves evil is necessary, but not a step further. First 15 generation have special abilities, but after 20 they just become humans whose are ambitious and idealist. 

North America Dragons represent the Liberty ,and they take Iron as element. South America Dragons represent the Nature ,and they take earth as element. Europe Dragons represent the Ambition and they take fire as element. Asia Dragons represent the Glory, and they take lightning as element. Africa Dragons represent the Time, and they take wind as element.. Australia Dragons represent the Magnificence, and they take water as element. Antarctica Dragons represent the Desolation ,and they take Ice as elements.(Not too many of them).

USED MANA POINT: Generation x 1D4

Dragon Bloods Take CON/Generation(Roll Up) HP per day for Lethal Damages, and half of it to aggrivated damages. They do not take extra regeneration for Bashing damages.
While their wounds healing, they give out smoke.


Wings: Wings are take same dots as primary.

About Flaws: Every "phase" has their own flaw. For each dot physical flaws become more and more obvious.

CAUTION: You could only do (15-Generation+1) Number of transformation for one phases in a day!
Dragon Blood's are does not take hospitality outside of their region. They need to make (15-Generation)/3 (Roll Up) success for will save, and if they cannot make it take (15-Generation)/2 Bashing (Roll Up) damage.


CAUTION: They need to have Lawful Neutral alignment. They cannot survive if they change their alignment. Every action they make against their alignment cause them 1 Madness Point ,and after (15-Generation) times they take (15-Generation)/3 Aggrivated damage every time they do that again.
